What happens after I apply to join Security Ireland?

As soon as your application to join Security Ireland.com has been approved your company or business will be displayed. The password you chose on the application form will be activated when we launch our trade section.

What happens when a complaint against a security provider is made?

When a security provider has a complaint registered Security Ireland will validate the complaint based on the information provided by the customer. If the complaint is validated as serious the administrator will note it. A security provider with multiple complaints or a particularly serious complaint that is validated may be removed from Security Ireland at the administrator’s discretion. Any security provider found to be falsifying complaints will be removed from Security Ireland. Complaints will not appear on a listing and are purely a feature to protect the reputation of Security Ireland and it’s members by association.


What happens when a recommendation of a security provider is made?

When a security provider is recommended Security Ireland will validate the recommendation based on the information provided by the customer. If the recommendation is validated it will appear on the suppliers listing. Any security provider found to be falseifying recommendations will be barred from this feature permanently.
